I attended the Leadership Strategies Program to get a better understanding of how to market and sell our architectural services. The program met, if not exceed my expectations. I received many tools, such as questioning, that help me to look at any situation differently and gain different perspectives. This has an impact on a wide variety of business decisions. The DISC profiles provided an understanding of myself and how different people communicate. This gives me the ability to modify my communications to these various types and get better and quicker results. Business owners, managers and executives should take this training.
