After attending the Leadership Strategies Program I find myself using many of the tools daily in a variety of situations. The use of Outcome Based Thinking provides me a multiplicity of views that I did not have before and thus better options. I am finding better ways to present ideas to staff, work with problems, processes and people. One interesting outcome is I tend to be less domineering and a more participatory leader. I highly recommend this program for business leaders and salespeople.
